We do our best to get your order out quickly and safely! Once your package leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of our trusted shipping partners (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Delivered to the address you provided at checkout, that confirms successful delivery. At that point, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you. We’re not able to replace or refund orders that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier confirms delivery. When the carrier marks your package as- Double-check the address on your order confirmation.
- Look around your property and with neighbors — carriers sometimes leave packages in safe spots.
- Wait 24–48 hours (occasionally carriers scan early).
- If it still hasn’t turned up, contact your local post office or carrier to open a delivery inquiry.
