Ingredients
- 1 package scotty's everyday cake mix
- 1 tbsp scotty's everyday vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar or powdered monk fruit
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp scotty's vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1–2 tbsp coconut oil

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease 8x8 pan.
Prepare scotty’s mix per instructions, adding protein powder to the dry mix.
Bake for 25–30 minutes. Then let cool, wrap in plastic wrap, and freeze overnight.
Slice the cake horizontally and cut out 12 tree shapes using a cookie cutter then freeze while you make frosting.
Mix frosting ingredients. If using monk fruit, start with 1/2 cup. Frost and sandwich the trees into 6 cakes. Freeze again.
Melt white chocolate and coconut oil, using less coconut oil if you don't prefer the coconut taste. Coat each tree and sprinkle with holiday magic!
