cake ingredients:
- 1 package scotty's everyday cake mix
- 1 tbsp scotty's everyday vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
frosting ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar or powdered monk fruit
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp scotty's vanilla extract
coating ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1–2 tbsp coconut oil
- christmas sprinkles

instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease 8x8 pan.
- Prepare scotty’s mix per instructions, adding protein powder to the dry mix. Then bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Let cool, wrap in plastic wrap, and freeze overnight.
- Slice the cake horizontally and cut out 12 tree shapes using a cookie cutter. Freeze.
- Mix frosting ingredients.If using monk fruit, start with 1/2 cup.Frost and sandwich the trees into 6 cakes. Freeze again.
- Melt white chocolate and coconut oil, using less coconut oil if you don't prefer the coconut taste. Coat each tree and sprinkle with holiday magic!
