Ingredients
- 1/4 cup scotty's everyday allulose & monk fruit sugar replacement
- 3 bananas mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup gluten free flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- sprinkles
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Combine the wet ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, adding in the sugar replacement as well.
- After stirring well, add in dry ingredients.
- Mix well and pour into a greased or lined 8x8 baking pan.
Top with sprinkles and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Once baked, let cool for 30 minutes, cut and enjoy!
