ingredients:
- 1 package Scotty's Everyday Keto Biscuit Mix
- 1 stick of butter
- 2/3 cup ice cold water
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 4 sausage links
- chopped chives
- black pepper
instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425° F
- Refrigerate butter for 30min then shred and freeze for 10min.
- Mix butter into biscuit mix until crumbly then add in water.
- Mix in cooked and diced sausage, cheese, chives and pepper.
- Add biscuits in greased muffin tin and bake for 10min
