ingredients:

  • 1 package Scotty's Everyday Keto Biscuit Mix
  • 1 stick of butter 
  • 2/3 cup ice cold water⁣
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese 
  • 4 sausage links 
  • chopped chives⁣
  • black pepper⁣

instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425° F 
  • Refrigerate butter for 30min then shred and freeze for 10min.⁣
  • Mix butter into biscuit mix until crumbly then add in water.⁣
  • Mix in cooked and diced sausage, cheese, chives and pepper.⁣
  • Add biscuits in greased muffin tin and bake for 10min
