Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too? High in protein, low in sugar, thanks to scotty's new allulose sugar replacement., and completely gluten-free – this is not your average dessert and we are obsessed!

ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup scotty's everyday allulose & monk fruit sugar replacement
  • 3 bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup gluten free flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • sprinkles

instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350° F
  • Combine the wet ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, adding in the sugar replacement as well. 
  • After stirring well, add in dry ingredients. 
  • Mix well and pour into a greased or lined 8x8 baking pan.
  • Top with sprinkles and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
  • Once baked, let cool for 30 minutes, cut and enjoy!
