- 1 cup scotty's everyday pancake mix
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 tsp scotty’s vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg

instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together scotty’s everyday mix and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Stir in milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes for fluffier pancakes.
