1 package Scotty’s Everyday Biscuit Mix

¼ cup Scotty’s Everyday Allulose & Monk Fruit Sugar Replacement

1 tsp ground ginger

½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp ground clove

1 stick (8 Tbsp) ice-cold butter, grated on the large holes of a box grater or cut into pea-sized pieces

½ cup ice-cold water

¼ cup molasses

1 tsp Scotty’s Everyday Vanilla Extract

1 beaten egg, for brushing

1 ½ cup Scotty’s Everyday Allulose & Monk Fruit Sugar Replacement

2-3 Tbsp heavy cream (adjust for desired thickness)

Preheat
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a large bowl, whisk together the Biscuit Mix, sweetener, ginger, cinnamon, and clove.
Add the grated or diced butter and fold gently to distribute. The mixture should look like coarse crumbs.
Stir in the ice-cold water, molasses, and vanilla extract. Mix just until a soft dough comes together—do not overmix.
Turn the dough onto a lightly greased surface. Pat into a 7–8 inch circle, about 1 inch thick.
- Transfer wedges to the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely.
Make the icing
Whisk the sweetener and heavy cream until smooth and drizzle-ready.
Spread or drizzle the icing over cooled scones. Let set before serving. ENJOY!
