1 pack scotty's everyday bread mix

1/3 cup baking sweetener

warmed unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp brown sugar

melted butter

Directions
Follow the instructions on the scotty's keto bread mix bag with the following modifications: Add 1/3 cup of baking sweetener to the dry mix, sub warmed unsweetened almond milk for the water, add yeast along with 1 tsp of brown sugar to the almond milk, and sub melted butter for olive oil.
After allowing the dough to rise, divide it into two sections. With well-oiled hands, flatten each section into a rectangle. Spread peanut butter on one and jam on the other. Roll up each section lengthwise, then twist them together before carefully placing in a well greased loaf tin. Bake for 40 mins at 350ºF. To finish, brush the baked loaf with syrup made with a 1:1 ratio of sweetener and water
