Ingredients

1/2 cup scotty’s keto pancake & waffle mix
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp cake batter extract
- 3 tbsp water
- rainbow sprinkles
- butter
- maple syrup
- milk
Directions
Heat a saucepan over medium heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Whisk together first five ingredients in a large bowl. Using a small teaspoon or piping bag add small bite-size dollops of pancake mix.
Flip when golden brown and repeat.
Once completely cooked, add to a bowl and serve with butter and syrup and add a splash of milk!
