Ingredients
- 1/2 cup scotty's everyday pancake mix
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 egg
- raspberries
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp scotty’s everyday pure vanilla extract
Directions
Heat up a pan on medium sized pan on medium heat. Whisk together the water, egg, oil, and pancake mix.
Once mixed, add in the raspberries. With a spoon, drop small dollops of batter onto the pan.
Cook until golden before flipping.
Once cooked, add toppings of choice. Try berries, whipped cream or maple syrup!
