4 tbsp cold butter

Directions
To make the topping, blend the dry ingredients: brown erythritol, scotty's everyday keto bread mix, and cinnamon until well combined.
Cut the cold butter into pea size pieces. Add the butter to the dry mix and work with fingers or a pastry cutter to create a crumbly mixture. Prepare the scotty's everyday keto cupcake + cake mix batter as directed on the package.
Pour 1/2 of the batter in a greased 8 x 8 square baking pan spreading evenly to all corners of the pan. Sprinkle the filling on top of this layer of batter. Pour the remaining batter on top of the filling and spread evenly to all corners of the pan, disturbing the filling layer as little as possible. Sprinkle the topping evenly on the top.
Bake 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing or serving
