ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of scotty’s keto pancake & waffle mix⁠ 
  • 1 large egg 
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

instructions:

  • Heat the waffle maker and spray with nonstick cooking spray or even spread butter or oil.
  • Mix together all ingredients listed above
  • Add batter to waffle maker, cooking about 2-3 minutes per waffle
  • Top with powdered sugar.
