ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of scotty’s keto pancake & waffle mix
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg

instructions:
- Heat the waffle maker and spray with nonstick cooking spray or even spread butter or oil.
- Mix together all ingredients listed above
- Add batter to waffle maker, cooking about 2-3 minutes per waffle
- Top with powdered sugar.
