Is a family gathering really a family gathering without themed treats?
These mini biscuits are the perfect bite sized snack for any Easter Sunday spread! The best part? These can be made as savory or sweet treats. Give these a try and tag your creations with @scottyseveryday on IG!
Ingredients
- 1 package of scotty's everyday biscuit mix
-
8 tbsp cold butter
- 3/4 cup cold water
Directions
Preheat oven to 425° F
Start off by either cutting your butter in tiny pieces or shredding into thin little slices.
In a large mixing bowl, add biscuit mix and cut or shredded butter. Then use your hands to knead the dough.
Pour in the cold water and mix until combined.
Grease a mini muffin pan and begin placing tiny portions of dough, creating an indent for the filling.
Roll out the leftover dough and make little cone shapes for the ears. Place them on a greased or lined cookie sheet and bake with mini biscuits.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden.
Once the mini biscuits are done baking, top them with a filling of your choice. You can make these savory with spinach dip, as pictured, or sweet with strawberries and cream!
Enjoy!
