- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- sugar-free dark chocolate chips
- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- In a large bowl, combine scotty’s everyday cupcake mix and cacao powder. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Add the peppermint extract, protein powder, and the 1/3 cup water or milk. Stir until smooth.
