Ingredients
- 1 package scotty's everyday cake mix
- 1 tbsp scotty's everyday vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp collagen
- 3 eggs
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 1/8 cups powdered sweetener
- 1/2 tsp scotty's everyday vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract

Directions
Preheat the oven to 325°F
Mix eggs, room temperature butter, vanilla extract, water and scotty's everyday mix in a bowl then pour the cake batter into a cake pan
Bake for 22 minutes
Cut out washed plastic from a water container to form a triangular shape.
Once the cake is done baking and cooling, use three different size circular cookie cutters to cut out pieces from the cake.
For the frosting layer, mix heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, peppermint extract, and monk fruit. Then spread a generous layer of frosting between each layer of cake.
Use the remaining frosting to cover the entire cake and set in the freezer for 30 minutes.
After cake has sat in freezer to set, add fruits and edible flowers to the outside of the Christmas tree cake.
