Ingredients

1 pack of scotty's everyday fudge brownie mix
- 3/4 cup of melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp scotty’s everyday vanilla extract

1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup sugar-free powdered sweetener
- 2-3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon scotty’s everyday vanilla extract
- 3-4 drops keto-friendly green food coloring

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease sides and bottom of 8” X 8” pan
To a medium mixing bowl add scotty’s fudge brownie mix, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract and water.
- Beat with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes until combined, then add the batter to the prepared 8” X 8” pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes- until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before adding frosting and toppings.
- While brownies are cooling, prepare frosting. To a medium mixing bowl add softened butter.
- Cream with an electric mixer until light and fluffy then add powdered sugar and mix on low until incorporated.
- Finally, beat in vanilla extract and green food coloring.
Add frosting to a piping bag with a tip then cut brownies into triangle shapes or use a Christmas tree cookie cutter to cut out tree shapes.
Pipe green buttercream frosting on top. Decorate with desired toppings.
