Scotty’s Everyday Biscuit Mix

1 stick of butter

¾ cup ice cold water

4 medium baking apples

⅓ cup Scotty’s Everyday Allulose & Monk Sugar Replacement

1 Tbsp lemon juice

½ Tsp Scotty’s Everyday Vanilla Extract

1 Tbsp corn starch
-
1 Tsp cinnamon
-
½ Tsp ground nutmeg

1/8 Tsp kosher salt
Apple Mixture
Directions
Peel, core and thinly slice the apples. Place in a medium bowl.
Add the sugar replacement, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the apples
Prepare the Scotty’s Everyday Biscuit Mix per the instructions on the back of the package
Add the apple mixture to a 9x13 roasting pan
Top the apples with pieces of the Biscuit dough
Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown
Allow to cool slightly before serving
Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream and serve.
