This is the only bread I eat. It's so easy to make and the texture and flavor are great. The only weird thing is with the new mix, it bakes into a strange shape above the regular loaf. I end up cutting that off and eating it separately. Doesn't matter if I use yeast or not.

I was so happy to see this mix back in stock and didn't notice that the website said you can make it without yeast. I meant to make it with yeast then forgot to put the yeast in before mixing it up. I figured I'd bake it as bagels rather than just throw it out and see if they were edible. They puffed up like crazy! So good!
