Low carb/ low sugar strawberry biscuits made suuuuuper easy with scotty's everyday keto biscuit mix! Topped with vanilla icing -they’re so good, you’d never know they’re healthier! you have to try ‘em!

* To make this recipe vegan, sub butter and milk for vegan butter and a milk alternative of choice!

ingredients for biscuit mix:

  • 1 package scotty's everyday keto biscuit mix
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup strawberries 
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries for topping


  • 1 cup icing sugar 
  • dash of vanilla 
  • 1-3 tbsp milk


  • Preheat the oven to 350° F 
  • Empty biscuits mix into a bowl, add your chopped butter. 
  • Cut up some strawberries so that you get a full cup & mix with cornstarch. 
  •  Add your plant milk and strawberries to biscuit mixture, folding until a dough forms. 
  • Roll your dough out on powdered sugar (or sugar alternative) placing biscuits on a baking sheet 2-3 inches apart.
  • * optional* Mix together an egg and a couple tbsp of water and lightly brush the top of the biscuits biscuits. 
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges lightly brown!
  • While the biscuits bake, whisk together your icing and eat while warm!
