Treat yourself with the perfect lunch made with a keto, gluten-free baguette from scotty's everyday!


  • 1 package of scotty's everyday biscuit mix
  • egg protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • crushed pork grinds
  • peanut oil
  • mayo
  • sugar free ketchup
  • hot sauce
  • hot sauce


  • Set a skillet with peanut oil on the stove on low heat.
  • While it heats up, batter your shrimp using some egg protein powder, 1 egg, and some crushed up pork rinds.
  • Turn up the heat on your skillet and place the shrimp into the heated oil.
  • Fry for a couple of minutes on each side and then sit aside to cool slightly.
  • Slice up some lettuce for the sandwich and for a side salad. Mix together the mayo, ketchup, and hot sauce and spread it onto your bread.
  • Top with your friend shrimp and enjoy!
