Treat yourself with the perfect lunch made with a keto, gluten-free baguette from scotty's everyday!
ingredients:
- 1 package of scotty's everyday biscuit mix
- egg protein powder
- 1 egg
- crushed pork grinds
- peanut oil
- mayo
- sugar free ketchup
- hot sauce
- hot sauce
instructions
- Set a skillet with peanut oil on the stove on low heat.
- While it heats up, batter your shrimp using some egg protein powder, 1 egg, and some crushed up pork rinds.
- Turn up the heat on your skillet and place the shrimp into the heated oil.
- Fry for a couple of minutes on each side and then sit aside to cool slightly.
- Slice up some lettuce for the sandwich and for a side salad. Mix together the mayo, ketchup, and hot sauce and spread it onto your bread.
- Top with your friend shrimp and enjoy!
