Fall flavors are calling! These pumpkin scones are soft, flaky, and lightly sweetened. They’re perfect for cozy mornings or an afternoon treat. Bonus: they’re easy to make and totally customizable—measure those chocolate chips with your heart!


ingredients:
- 1 package Scotty's Everyday Keto Biscuit Mix
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- salt
frosting ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- water


instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375° F
- Mix wet ingredients in one bowl, dry ingredients in another then combine both and stir until just mixed.
- Shape dough into a circle and pat with your hands until smooth and round. Cut it into 6-8 wedges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- While scones are baking- combine all of the frosting ingredients together. Add water if needed to thin out.
- Once cooled, top with the frosting and enjoy!
