Fall flavors are calling! These pumpkin scones are soft, flaky, and lightly sweetened. They’re perfect for cozy mornings or an afternoon treat. Bonus: they’re easy to make and totally customizable—measure those chocolate chips with your heart!

ingredients:

  • 1 package Scotty's Everyday Keto Biscuit Mix
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips 
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • salt

frosting ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • water

instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375° F 
  • Mix wet ingredients in one bowl, dry ingredients in another then combine both and stir until just mixed.
  • Shape dough into a circle and pat with your hands until smooth and round. Cut it into 6-8 wedges.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  • While scones are baking- combine all of the frosting ingredients together. Add water if needed to thin out.
  • Once cooled, top with the frosting and enjoy!
