  • 1 package of scotty's everyday biscuit mix
  • pizza sauce of choice
  • shredded cheese
  • pepperoni
  • fresh basil


  • Slice your premade biscuit in half and coat with a layer of pizza sauce of choice. Marinara was used for this recipe.
  • Add a layer of shredded cheese and any toppings that you'd like.
  • Toss into the oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and enjoy!
