ingredients
- 1 package of scotty’s pizza crust mix
- 1 burrata ball
- 5 tbsp pesto
- cherry tomatoes
- asparagus stalks
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
pesto ingredients
- 3/4 cup evoo
- 1 1/2 cups fresh basil
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp lemon
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup walnuts

instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Make the pesto by adding all ingredients into a high speed food processor and processing until smooth.
- Follow directions on scotty's packaging to prep the pizza dough.
- Once the pizza dough is prepped, add the pesto and spread throughout the pizza.
- Add on the sliced tomatoes, burrata and asparagus, spreading it evenly through the top of the pizza.
- Squeeze lemon on top of the pizza then bake it for 18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
