This mouthwatering pesto asparagus and burrata pizza had me tempted to devour the whole pie in a single sitting. Try it out and let us know what you think!


  • 1 package of scotty’s pizza crust mix
  • 1 burrata ball
  • 5 tbsp pesto 
  • cherry tomatoes
  • asparagus stalks
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

pesto ingredients

  • 3/4 cup evoo
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh basil
  • 3 large garlic cloves 
  • 1 tbsp lemon
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup walnuts


  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. 
  • Make the pesto by adding all ingredients into a high speed food processor and processing until smooth.
  • Follow directions on scotty's packaging to prep the pizza dough.
  • Once the pizza dough is prepped, add the pesto and spread throughout the pizza.
  • Add on the sliced tomatoes, burrata and asparagus, spreading it evenly through the top of the pizza.
  • Squeeze lemon on top of the pizza then bake it for 18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
