Make these delicious keto, gluten-free pumpkin dinner rolls using @scottyseveryday keto bread mix!

ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Scotty's Everyday Bread Mix 
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup allulose
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp @choczero maple syrup

instructions

  • In your mixing bowl, simply prepare bread mix as instructed using extra virgin olive oil, active dry yeast and warm water
  • Then add pumpkin puree, allulose, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice to the mixture
  • Mix dough until well combined
  • Cover mixing bowl with plastic wrap and let dough rise for 2 hours
  • Roll into 9 equal dough balls with greased hands and place in an 8x8 baking pan
  • Bake for 25 mins at 350°F
  • Brush finished dinner rolls with Maple Butter
