Ingredients

1 package of scotty's everyday bread mix
- 3/4 Cup warm water (95F- 110F)

1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

6 tbsp melted butter

1 egg

Directions
Add yeast to warm water and stir until completely dissolved. Empty the contents of the keto bread mix to a bowl. Add liquid mixture and melted butter, then mix for two minutes, until dough is stiff and there are no lumps.
Make a dough ball in the bottom of the bowl. Cover with greased parchment or plastic wrap and allow to rise in a warm place for 90 minutes.
Divide dough into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a six inch even rope. Connect the two ends of the dough to form the bagel.
Fill a medium pot with water and bring to a boil. Add bagels to boiling water and boil one minute each on both sides.
Place bagels on a greased baking pan. Brush bagels with egg wash. Dip in or sprinkle on top your favorite toppings. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
