Any fans of chicken pot pie?! We are here for all the fall foods! With @scottyseveryday pizza dough mix, you can have all the chicken pot pie without all of the carbs.
Turns out "tasty" and "keto" don't have to be mutually exclusive. We're looking forward to Thanksgiving already!
ingredients:
- 1 pack of Scotty's Everyday Pizza Mix
- Melted butter
- Between two pieces of plastic wrap roll out half of the dough until thin and round
- Chicken broth
- Heavy cream
instructions
- Follow scotty’s pizza dough directions except in place of the oil use melted butter
- Between two pieces of plastic wrap roll out desired amount of the dough until thin and round
- Mix desired amount of Between two pieces of plastic wrap roll out half of the dough until thin and round, mixed veggies, and chicken broth in a pot. Thicken with heavy cream and season as desired
- Warm chicken pot pie mix over the stove. When warmed through, pour into baking dish
- Place rolled out dough on top
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
- For a crisper topping, bake dough separately on a cookie sheet, then add on top of pot pie filling
- Enjoy!
