- 1 package of scotty's everyday bread mix
- dry yeast
- olive oil
- seeds/nuts of choice
- water

instructions
- Prepare scotty's everyday bread mix per instructions.
- After placing in a loaf pan, brush the dough with olive oil and add a mixture of your favorite seeds or nuts. I used a combination of chia, sunflower, sesame, poppy and pumpkin seeds for the top.
- Place in the oven and bake as instructed on packaging.
