  • dry yeast 
  • olive oil 
  • seeds/nuts of choice
  • water


  • Prepare scotty's everyday bread mix per instructions.
  • After placing in a loaf pan, brush the dough with olive oil and add a mixture of your favorite seeds or nuts. I used a combination of chia, sunflower, sesame, poppy and pumpkin seeds for the top.
  • Place in the oven and bake as instructed on packaging.
