Fall is in the air and I’m SO READY for it! Whether you’re a pumpkin spice connoisseur or just in the mood for some autumn inspired recipes, you HAVE give this easy, pumpkin spice keto bread a try. 👀

ingredients:

  • Scotty's Everyday Bread Mix
  • 1 packet of active dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 cup of warm water
  • 2 tb of olive oil
  • 1/2 a cup of organic pure pumpkin puree
  • 2 tb of pure vanilla extract
  • a dash of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of your choice of sweetener
  • 1/4 cup of chopped almonds

instructions

  • Follow instructions in the back of @scottyseveryday’s bag
  • Pour the cake mix into a mixing bowl. Stir in sifted all purpose flour
  • Add additional toppings (pumpkin pure, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sweetener and almonds)
  • Stir to combine
  • Loosely cover with parchment paper - let rise for 2 hours in warm place
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees f and bake for 25 min
  • Cool before slicing
  • Enjoy with sweetened or lightly salted butter
