Fall is in the air and I’m SO READY for it! Whether you’re a pumpkin spice connoisseur or just in the mood for some autumn inspired recipes, you HAVE give this easy, pumpkin spice keto bread a try. 👀
ingredients:
- Scotty's Everyday Bread Mix
- 1 packet of active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 cup of warm water
- 2 tb of olive oil
- 1/2 a cup of organic pure pumpkin puree
- 2 tb of pure vanilla extract
- a dash of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of your choice of sweetener
- 1/4 cup of chopped almonds
instructions
- Follow instructions in the back of @scottyseveryday’s bag
- Pour the cake mix into a mixing bowl. Stir in sifted all purpose flour
- Add additional toppings (pumpkin pure, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sweetener and almonds)
- Stir to combine
- Loosely cover with parchment paper - let rise for 2 hours in warm place
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees f and bake for 25 min
- Cool before slicing
- Enjoy with sweetened or lightly salted butter
