keto, low carb soft pretzels

This one comes from one of the Scotty's Everyday founders! Who doesn't love a soft, salted pretzel? And this one is EASY to make and low carb! Only four ingredients needed. Try it out and let us know what you think!
ingredients:
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 1/4 tsp yeast
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Scotty's Everyday Bread Mix
instructions
- Follow Scotty's Bread Mix instructions, mix together with butter
- Cover and let rise for 90 minutes in a warm place
- Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a large sauce pan
- Put oil or release spray on your hands
- Pull dough out and knead for 2 minutes
- Divide dough into 6 equal parts
- Roll each piece into an 18" snake
- Shape into a pretzel and press ends together
- Add 3 Tbsp of baking soda to the boiling water and stir
- Place one pretzel on a slotted spatula and place into boiling water/baking soda mix for 25-30 seconds
- Pull pretzel out with slotted spatula and let residual water drip off
- Place on parchment paper on a baking pan
- Repeat with remaining pretzels
- Brush pretzels with 2 Tbsp melted butter and salt (if desired)
- Place in preheated 400degree over for 12-15 minutes
