Perfect for pairing with the new Scotty's Everyday Pancake + Waffle mix! Easy to make and perfectly low carb.


  • 2 1/2 Cups Water
  • 3/4 Cup Erythritol Brown Sugar Replacer
  • 1/3 Cup Erythritol Confectioners Sugar Replacer
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsps Xanthan Gum
  • 3 Tbsp +1 tsp Maple Extract
  • 1 tsp Butter Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract


  • Place the water, brown erythritol, confectioner erythritol, and salt in a medium sized pot
  • Place the pot on a burner on medium high heat
  • Bring the contents to a low boil
  • Turn down the heat and add the xanthan gum
  • Whisk vigorously until well combined and there are no lumps
  • Add the maple, butter, and vanilla extracts and stir well
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temp
  • Once cooled, pour into maple syrup or canning jar
  • Keep refrigerated

Syrup may crystalize over time. Simply pour some into a microwave safe bowl and warm up in the microwave to eliminate the crystals.
