ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temp)
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter (room temp)
- 1 cup powdered erythritol (we used Swerve)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

instructions
- Make sure butter and cream cheese is at room temperature
- Beat the butter and cream cheese with mixer until they are combined, light and soft
- Add erythritol and vanilla beat until well combined
