We can thank @kat_glows_up for this delicious recipe, originally made using our bread mix but updated for our brand new Keto Pizza Crust Mix! A zero net carb golden crust meets your favorite healthy toppings or the odds and ends you have on hand for a truly fun keto and gluten free pizza the whole family will enjoy making! 

ingredients:

  • 1 package Scotty’s Everyday Keto Pizza Crust Mix
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 packet (2 ¼ t.) active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water (95- 110 °F)
  • Ragú Butter Parmesan Sauce
  • Mozzarella
  • Feta
  • Spinach
  • Tomatoes
  • Grilled chicken

instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°
  • Use first four ingredients to prepare Keto Pizza Crust Mix dough according to package instructions
  • Bake the dough for 15 minutes
  • Add toppings
  • Return to the oven to cook for another 8 minutes
  • Turn the oven to 400° broil
  • Cook for another 2 minutes. Enjoy!
