Just when we thought biscuits couldn't get any better 🧀 Here's how@spread.the.grub made these keto cheddar garlic biscuits using our keto biscuit mix!
Ingredients

1 pack of Scotty's Biscuit Mix

8 tablespoons cold butter

3/4 cup ice water

1/2 of a cup of shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon of minced garlic
Directions
Place refrigerated butter in the freezer for at least 20 minutes
Prepare 1 cup of water and ice (for 3/4 cup ice water)
Preheat oven to 425° F with a rack in the middle of the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, empty the contents of the package
Grate the frozen butter using a box grater, or cut it up into small small pea size pieces. Add the butter to the bowl with the dry mix and mix using your hands or a fork
Pour the 3/4 cup of the ice-cold water into the bowl
Add in shredded cheese and minced garlic
Turn the dough out onto a lightly greased surface. Pat the dough into a 4" x 10" rectangle. Fold the dough in half and pat it down into another 4" x 10" rectangle. Repeat 3-4 times total
Use a 2" round biscuit cutter to cut out 10 biscuits, pressing it straight down into the dough without twisting
Place the 10 biscuits on the prepared baking sheet. Gather the scraps of dough and pat out to create a final 2 biscuits of the same thickness
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden
