Keto Cheddar Garlic Biscuits!
We all know how overwhelming the holidays can be with menu planning & cooking, so this year I’m keeping it simple but still delicious and using @scottyseveryday keto biscuit mix!

ingredients:
- 1 pack of Scotty's Everyday Biscuit Mix
- 8 Tablespoons Cold Butter (grass fed preferred)
- 3/4 Cup ice water
- 1/2 of a cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic

instructions
- Place refrigerated butter in the freezer for at least 20 minutes
- Prepare 1 cup of water and ice (for 3/4 cup ice water)
- Preheat oven to 425° F with a rack in the middle of the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, empty the contents of the package
- Grate the frozen butter using a box grater, or cut up into small small pea size pieces. Add the butter to the bowl with dry mix and the mix using your hands or a fork
- Pour the 3/4 cup of the ice cold water into the bowl
- Add in shredded cheese and minced garlic
- Use a fork to stir until the dough comes together
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly greased surface. Pat the dough into a 4" x 10" rectangle. Fold the dough in half and pat it down into another 4" x 10" rectangle. Repeat 3-4 times total
- Use a 2" round biscuit cutter to cut out 10 biscuits, pressing it straight down into the dough without twisting
- Place the 10 biscuits on prepared baking sheet. Gather the scraps of dough and pat out to create a final 2 biscuits of the same thickness
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden
