Keto Biscuits with Gravy & Hot Links

No one can turn away a plate of biscuits & gravy and this recipe will surely have you going back for seconds! Best part of all is it's low carb, and keto approved! 


  • 1 package of scotty's everyday biscuit mix
  • 1 pound of ground turkey sausage
  • 2 cups of milk of choice (preferably thick in consistency) 
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 tbs butter 
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  •  2 jalapenos
  •  2 hot links,


  • Preheat oven to 400° F 
  • Prepare biscuit mix per instructions.
  • Sear the jalapeños and hot links until they are nicely browned, then cook ground turkey and set aside.
  • Mix xanthan gum into the milk a little at a time, or with the help of an immersion blender.
  • Heat together with the thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and sausage until hot.
  • Scramble eggs in the butter over low heat, and mix in the cheese. 
  • Serve by topping your biscuits with the gravy and all the fixings.
