Guava vegan protein cheesecakes that are both gluten free & low carb, does it get any better?!
These are surely the dreamiest pies ever, and since guava is in season I’m getting a bit EXTRA excited, these vegan pies are an absolute MUST!

ingredients:
- 1 package of scotty's everyday pizza crust mix
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup alullose
- 1 Nuzest Bar in vanilla almond
cheesecake filling:
- 2 cups Keto Sweet & Salty Cashews
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 3 guavas (without the seeds)
- 1/3 cup alullose

instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Mix the dry ingredients for the base, then add the hot water, peanut butter and stir well.
- Transfer the dough into 12 silicone muffin cups and using your hands create little cheesecake bases.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- While the base is baking, blend the almond milk, cashews and guavas.
- Pour into a mixing bowl and stir in with protein and alullose.
- Add the cheesecake base into each little pie.
- Refrigerate a few minutes and enjoy!
