Ingredients

1 package scotty's everyday pizza crust mix
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup alullose

1 nuzest bar in vanilla almond

2 cups keto sweet & salty cashews
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 3 guavas (without the seeds)
- 1/3 cup alullose

Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F
Mix the dry ingredients for the base, then add the hot water, peanut butter and stir well.
Transfer the dough into 12 silicone muffin cups and using your hands create little cheesecake bases.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
While the base is baking, blend the almond milk, cashews and guavas. Pour into a mixing bowl and stir in with protein and alullose.
Add the cheesecake base into each little pie.Refrigerate a few minutes and enjoy!
