These cheesy garlic bread sticks are perfect to munch on with a salad, pasta, or even by themselves. Just add some oil, cheese, and garlic to our pizza crust and bake 'em up! 


  • scotty’s pizza crust mix
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp Italian spice mix 
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes 
  • 1 cup mozzarella (vegan substitute) 


  • Preheat oven to 425° F
  • Make the scottys pizza dough as per the directions on the pack. 
  • On a baking tray flatten out using hands/rolling pin to 1/2 cm of thickness. 
  • Apply olive oil and all the spices to the base and then add generous amount of mozzarella. 
  • Cut it into strips and bake at 425 F for 12-15 mins or until light golden edges are formed.
