These cheesy garlic bread sticks are perfect to munch on with a salad, pasta, or even by themselves. Just add some oil, cheese, and garlic to our pizza crust and bake 'em up!
ingredients:
- scotty’s pizza crust mix
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 tbsp Italian spice mix
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 cup mozzarella (vegan substitute)
instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425° F
- Make the scottys pizza dough as per the directions on the pack.
- On a baking tray flatten out using hands/rolling pin to 1/2 cm of thickness.
- Apply olive oil and all the spices to the base and then add generous amount of mozzarella.
- Cut it into strips and bake at 425 F for 12-15 mins or until light golden edges are formed.
