Ingredients
- 1 package of scotty's everyday bread mix
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 cup of warm water
- everything but the bagel seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F
In a small bowl, combine warm water and yeast until yeast fully dissolves.
Add olive oil to the liquid mixture.
In a new bowl, empty the bread mix. Add in EBTB seasoning to your liking. Add liquid mixture to bread mix and mix for 2 minutes at medium speed, stopping once to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl.
Batter should be thick and contain no clumps. Cover and let sit for 2 hours.
Transfer the dough to a well-greased 8.5 in x 4.5 in loaf pan, spreading the batter evenly with a greased silicone spatula.
Top with EBTB seasoning to your liking.Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
