Everything bagels are without a doubt at the top of the bagel tier. Everything but the bagel seasoning, however, takes almost everything you put it on to the next level. Try out of this recipe by @elizabeths_table for some delicious bread that has all the flavor and everything but the gluten, or carbs!


  • 1 package of scotty's everyday bread mix
  • 2 tbsp EVOO
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast 
  • 1 1/4 cup of warm water 
  • everything but the bagel seasoning


  • Preheat oven to 375° F
  • In a small bowl, combine warm water and yeast until yeast fully dissolves. Add olive oil to the liquid mixture. 
  • In a new bowl, empty the bread mix. Add in EBTB seasoning to your liking. 
  •  Add liquid mixture to bread mix and mix for 2 minutes at medium sped, stopping once to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl. Batter should be thick and contain no clumps.
  • Cover and let sit for 2 hours. 
  • Transfer the dough to a well-greased 8.5 in x 4.5 in loaf pan, spreading the batter evenly with a greased silicone spatula. Top with EBTB seasoning to your liking.
  • Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
