ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups scotty's pancake waffle mix
- 7 ounces keto chocolate nut & seed butter
- 1 teaspoon scotty's vanilla extract
- 2 ripe large avocados
- cacao chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 egg
instructions:
- Preheat oven to 345°F
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and once mixed toss in chocolate chips.
- Line parchment paper muffin tins w coconut oil and pour in batter.
- Top with more chocolate chips or leave some plain then bake at 345 for 15 min.
- Once cooled-drizzle w more melted chocolate.
