Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups scotty's pancake waffle mix
- 7 ounces keto chocolate nut & seed butter
- 1 teaspoon scotty's vanilla extract
- 2 ripe large avocados
- cacao chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 345°F
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and once mixed toss in chocolate chips.
Line parchment paper muffin tins w coconut oil and pour in batter.
Top with more chocolate chips or leave some plain then bake for 15 min.
Once cooled-drizzle with more melted chocolate and enjoy!
