Ingredients
- 1 cup scotty's everyday pancake mix
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 6 tbsp water
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp room temp butter
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp room temp butter
- 4 tbsp room temp cream cheese
- 3/4 cup powdered sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste

Directions
In a medium sized bowl, mix together pancake mix, vanilla bean paste, water and egg.
In another bowl mix together butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add filling to a ziploc bag and set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, grease with non stick cooking spray, then add about 1/4 cup pancake mixture. Let bubble and cook on one side.
While the pancake cooks, cut a corner of the ziploc bag with the filling and add cinnamon roll filling on top of pancake in a swirl pattern. Let cook for about another minute then flip.
Repeat steps until all pancakes are made.
In a small saucepan, melt butter then whisk in cream cheese until smooth. Add in powdered sugar and vanilla.
Drizzle the glaze on stack of pancakes and enjoy!
