Using our Keto and gluten free pizza crust mix, Bri whipped up this tasty vegan treat! Any recipe that involves homemade icing, low ingredients, and minimal preparation is going in our favorites tab!

ingredients:

  • scotty’s pizza crust mix
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen apples 
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter 
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon 
  • 1 cup brown sugar

icing

  • coconut cream 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1/2 cup vegan confectionery

instructions:

  • Prepare crust as directed on packaging
  • In a medium pan sautee apples with butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  • Once the dough is ready, roll it out and curve the edges in to create a crust.
  • Place apples on the dough, drizzling the left over butter, cinnamon, and sugar mixture over the top. 
  • Cook for about 20 minutes or until edges begin to golden.
  • While the pizza is in the oven, whisk together the ingredients for the icing until it begins to thicken. 
  • Then drizzle icing on top and enjoy!
