Now, you guys know I’m not keto and I don’t have any dietary restrictions, but I’m always up for trying new things. So I decided to put my own spin on it by adding in some jalapeño and cheddar, because who doesn’t love a spicy, cheesy, buttery biscuit.


ingredients:
- 1 package Scotty's Everyday Keto Biscuit Mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 jalapeño


instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425° F
- Add biscuit mix, butter, jalapeños, and cheese to a large bowl.
- Mix with a fork. Add in cold water and mix.
- Pour onto a greased surface and flatten out to about an inch thick. Use a cookie cutter (or cup) and punch out biscuit dough.
- Place onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy warm✨
