ingredients:
- 1 package scotty's everyday cake mix
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
- 1/2 cup grass-fed melted butter
- 1/4 cup full-fat greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the avocado oil and eggs. Then, add in the Scotty’s Keto Cupcake & Cake Mix and mix everything together until completely combined.
- Use a medium-sized cookie scoop to scoop out cookies a few inches apart on a baking sheet. If you’d like, top each cookie with a pinch of sugar-free rainbow sprinkles.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are lightly golden brown around the edges.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely before eating.
