  • 2 cups scotty's everyday allulose & monk fruit sugar replacement
  • 8 tbsp (one stick) of butter
  • 2 cups lightly salted, dry roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp scotty's everyday vanilla extract

  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spray well with release spray.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the allulose & monk fruit sugar replacement and butter.
  • Heat on a medium heat until the candy thermometer reaches 170°F or 338°C, stirring continuously.
  • Remove from heat and add Baking Soda, Vanilla Extract, and Peanuts. 
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Pour onto the lined sheet pan and spread evenly into a thin layer.
  • Place in refrigerator until completely cooled.
  • Once cooled, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
