Low Carb, Everything Bagels

Check out this incredible keto bagel recipe from
keto.risa. All you need is olive oil, 1 yeast packet, and everything bagel seasoning! 

What you'll need:

1 Bag of Scotty's Everyday Keto Bread Mix
3/4 Cup warm water (95F- 110F)
1 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
6 Tbsp melted butter
1 whole egg beaten for egg wash
Everything seasoning


1. Add yeast to warm water and stir until completely dissolved (liquid mixture)
2. Empty the contents of the keto bread mix to a bowl
3. Add liquid mixture and melted butter
4. Mix for two minutes, until dough is stiff and there are no lumps
5. Make a dough ball in the bottom of the bowl
6. Cover with greased parchment or plastic wrap
7. Allow to rise in a warm place for 90 minutes
8. Divide dough into four equal portions
9. Roll each portion into a six inch even rope
10. Connect the two ends of the dough to form the bagel
11. Fill a medium pot with water and bring to a boil
12. Add bagels to boiling water and boil one minute each on both sides
13. Place bagels on a greased baking pan
14. Brush bagels with egg wash
15. Dip in or sprinkle on top your favorite toppings
16. Bake in preheated 400F oven for 20 minutes
