With Easter right around the corner, what better way to celebrate than with this fun and delicious twist on cinnamon rolls. I present to you, cinna-bunnies!
Whether you make these ahead of time, or get the family to help, they'll surely turn into an Easter tradition!

ingredients:
- 1 package of scotty's everyday bread mix
- 1/2 cup of monk fruit sweetener
- 4 tbsp of butter
- 2 tbsp of cinnamon
- sugar free whipped cream

instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Prepare the scotty's bread mix according to the package.
- Combine the cinnamon and monk fruit sweetener to prepare the filling.
- Once the dough has risen, divide it in half and roll out both sides to roughly the same rectangular shape.
- Brush one side with the melted butter and sprinkle on the prepared cinnamon sugar. Place the second dough on top and press the edges with a fork.
- Cut this into long strips and fold into the bunny shapes.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or until edges begin to golden.
- Once they have cooled, add a small a bit of whipped cream for the tails.
