ingredients:
- 1 Scotty’s Everyday Cupcake Mix
- 1 Cup of Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup of Water
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup of Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips
instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F degrees
- In a large mixing bowl add cake mix, 1 cup peanut butter, water, vanilla extract, and egg
- Mix with electric mixer until combined. Batter will be cookie dough consistency
- Press batter into a greased 8x8 baking pan
- Top with Lily’s dark chocolate chips
- Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until slightly browned
- Cool completely before cutting them into squares
